URGENT

Incase you haven't heard, our state's education system is in a critical place right now. If Gov. Sanford chooses not to receive money from the Stimulus Package, students' education will be in grave danger. Teachers will lose their jobs. There is much to lose and little time to do much about it. If we do not accept this money, student base (the amount schools in SC receive per student) will be equal to what it was in 1999!!! It is my opinion that SC will pay for this Stimulus Package regardless of whether or not we receive it. If you feel strongly that Sanford should accept this money, please email him ASAP: http://governor.sc.gov/contact/email/default.htm

If you would like more in-depth information on this URGENT situation, go to our school district superintendent's blog: http://lucassdocblog.blogspot.com/

The deadline for Sanford to request this money is TODAY so be quick in action if you want to help students/teachers all over SC.

Thanks for allowing me to post this!
